What are the characteristics and specifications of the NetFORCE™ Internal UPS battery?

0

For general safety and certification reasons in industrial and military markets, NetFORCe™ systems do NOT utilize lithium battery technology for back-up primary power. The internal UPS utilizes a battery pack based on industry standard ‘nickel metal-hydride’ storage chemistry. The battery pack is comprised of 16 nickel metal-hydride cells (in series) providing a nominal voltage rating of 19.2 volts and a capacity rating of 1400 mAH. The battery pack also contains an over-temperature thermostat designed to automatically disconnect the battery pack in the event the battery overheats during charging or operation in environments that exceed system specifications.
