Most are just down on their luck and need a little help coping with one or more bad situations. Being homeless isn’t that much fun, but it’s a way to save money if you need to. Some folks are having trouble coping with social situations and can’t work. If you really want an answer to your question, volunteer to help at a homeless shelter and get to know some of them/us.
