What are the changes to the published curriculum?
It’s too soon to detail the curriculum; that’s the focus of the redesign process. However, both degree programs are accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), and the MHA is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Heath Management Education (CAHME), and so the foundations of the curricula will not change. These curricula are grounded in a firm base of 25 leadership, policy, management, and professional competencies that provide the framework for integrated coursework that is responsive to current and projected future demands of the health care industry.
