In the PLDA export declaration the EORI (required for declaring party, exporter, …) needs to include a new operator identifier instead of 000 and 998, which is 005 for Belgian EORI numbers and 006 for non-BE EORI numbers. Currently the codes are BE + 000 + KBO number (e.g. BE0000456657896), and FR + 998 + VAT number for a French company (e.g. FR9984566655555). In the new situation we will have BE + 005 + EORI (KBO) number for Belgian companies (e.g. BE0050456657896), and FR + 006 + EORI for a French company (e.g. FR0064566655555).
