What are the chances of the father getting full custody of the 2 little girls?
The divorce decree already states they have joint custody but living with mother. He has been telling his girls that when he gets out, they are going to live with him. I’ll give you a quick run down of his past – He is currently in rehab for a heroin addiction.(This is not the first time) – In April he was arrested for heroin possession, possession of a dangerous substance – Also, in April he was arrested for a DUI, hit and run of 3 parked cars and reckless driving – He does NOT have a job – Has not paid child support in over a year – Does not have a drivers license – In over 2 grand of debt While she has no record, steady job, and a driver’s license.
