What are the chances of someone with Schizophrenia to snap and become violent?
No more so than a so called “normal” person snapping and becoming violent! Schizophrenia has had a bad press. They are no more violent than any one else. In fact as one I tend to become quiet and withdrawn when experiencing hallucinations as I’m trying to figure out where they’re from and how they arise, Schizophrenia is not a single disease but a spectrum of disorders. It is so misunderstood and the info in gossip about it is abysmally wrong. Type “schizophrenia” into Yahoo! web search for more info on it. Wikipedia has a good summary.
