They’re not as high as you think. You have to hold your wrists a certain way, or the blood vessels will be moved to where they are protected from cutting. I won’t provide the details. All you’ll do is bleed a lot and feel lots of pain, but you’ll still be here at the end of it. The fact that you mention that your BMI is good and that you’ve been told you are beautiful indicates that you yourself know that you have things going for you and you know you have reasons to live, if only you’d get past your current funk. Inclusion of those points is your subconscious saying that it’s not yet time to check out of this life. I’m an ocean away, so I don’t know what resources are available to you.
