What Are the Chances of a Company Getting into Halo?
Typically we get around 25-30 companies applying to halo for each of the 5 events we run. Of these we usually ask around 12 to fill in the Full Application Form and normally 6 of these get to pitch. Halo currently is running at the national average of 1 in 4 companies who pitch win their investment from the angels. If a company is not successful in getting to pitch, Halo will try to assist them by explaining why and making suggestions for improvement. Often this is due to the company coming to Halo too early. There is no problem however in reapplying for a later Halo meeting.
