We stock most of the items in our warehouse, however we also participate in drop-ship programs with some of the manufacturers that ship large items from their warehouses directly to your home. While our inventory system is automatically checking for item availability when you add an item to your shopping cart, we cannot guarantee 100% that the item shipped by a manufacturer is available at that time. Most of the time, a manufacturer will let us know ahead of time the items availability. So it’s rare that an item that you have ordered will be backordered or cancelled, however errors in inventory do occur from time to time. In the rare event that a product you have ordered is not available for shipment as scheduled, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address or phone number in your order and let you know if it has been placed on backorder or cancelled.
