WHAT ARE THE CHANCES AN ITEM WILL BE CANCELED OR BACKORDERED AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
We use a real time inventory system, (which means that our inventory is automatically checked for availability when you add an item to your shopping cart), so it’s rare that an item that you have ordered will be backordered or canceled, however errors in inventory do occur from time to time. In the rare event that a product you have ordered is not available for shipment as scheduled, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order and let you know if it has been placed on backorder or cancelled. Anticipated delivery dates for backorders are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control and are subject to change.
