What are the challenges of international human resource management?
One of the biggest challenges is a business willing to do the necessary paperwork. Many employers can’t be bothered. They think the process is lengthy without looking into it. Those employers who are successful don’t find this a problem and get good workers. I find it interesting and comical that companies would rather move their whole operation to an international location.
