What are the challenges of airline business?
Many issues are really challenging to us. First of all, you must understand your environment. When you do that, then your challenge will be getting the best from virtually nothing. So, it’s more of trying to surpass the present level you are. You have to constantly evolve new strategies to stand you out. If a road from point A to B takes five minutes, you then find a way to make it in two minutes and use the remaining time for something else. What are the key issues? There is environmental on one hand and airspace as well. You see, where you encountered delays that you felt were not warranted and the performance of the airspace is not what you want, there’s a challenge; and, of course, there is need to improve. I will say that they are working on it but until the result is achieved, it is not achieved. The wastage that airlines experienced is still there. Every airline experienced it.
