What are the CE requirements for a corporate license?

0

If you have a corporate license, the corporation must have a designated officer. The corporations designated officer must be a broker with an active license when the corporation is originally licensed but it is not necessary that the corporations designated officer be licensed to renew a corporate license. If you are your corporations designated officer and you have an active brokers license, then you must take CE to renew your license and the CE you take may be applied by extension to the renewal of your corporations license. If you are your corporations designated officer and you are not licensed, then you must take CE as the corporations officer before renewing your corporations license.
