Teams consist of 4-6 graduate students and a faculty supervisor. Generally two students serve as co-therapists while the remaining students and the supervisor observe behind a one-way mirror. Midway through the session, the therapists take a break to consult with the team. The supervisor may also phone in suggestions during the session.
