Name withheld Qualified IATA professionals can gain employment with travel agencies or travel companies particularly IATA accredited ones as travel consultants or as business travel implant staff. They can find employment with tour operators; or join as ticket issuers in ticket reservation centres with national and international airlines. They can also work as personnel in airports, export agencies, transport and cargo companies, government tourism departments, including the ITDC and state departments of tourism and with travel consultancies and agencies. They can also find work with travel desks in five-star hotels, or as ground jobbers in international / private airline offices etc. or can set up their own travel agency.
