Hi Captain Kay, I saw the Boeing 777-200 and Boeing 747-400 Videos (Cathay Pacific – Capt Greame Thomson, Virgin – Capt Alen Carter) In the Preflight Briefing room, “Dispatch Center,” they were going through more than 10 pages of documents like, Load and Balance, Weather, NOTAMS, etc.
