The Canyons Specially Planned Area, known as the Canyons SPA, is a 7800 acre area in Park City, Utah containing the ski terrain and all planned development for The Canyons® Resort and adjacent residential communities. Frostwood is an area within the Canyons SPA containing residential developments, such as Fairway Springs, and portions of the proposed golf course.
