What are the cancellation policies?
A. Cancellation of the entire group must be made 31 days in advance to receive a refund minus cancellation fee of $35.00 per player. If you cancel within the stated time frame you will receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee above. Cancellations within 31-08 days will receive credit toward a future visit with Tucson Golf Vacations, LLC (must be used within 1 year). Cancellations within 7 days will not receive a refund. Q.
Cancellation policies for both lessons and court time are 24 hours advanced notice. Any cancellation after the 24 hour period is non-refundable. Cancellations made in advance will be issued a credit for court time. Please visit the lesson section for more information regarding lesson cancellations.
If charged to the Master Account, will only the golf fees be charged or will players be able to charge drinks and other items, such as balls, rental clubs etc.? 60 or more days prior to departure – $100 per person charge for international destinations and U.S. air inclusive packages – $50 per person charge for land only packages; 59-45 days – 50% of total trip cost charge will be charged; 44 days or less – 100% of total trip cost will be charged. Substitutions up to 44 days prior to departure on air inclusive packages and up to 15 days prior on land only packages – $50 per person change fee on all reservations changed after September 15th, 2006. Reservations with name changes within 44 days are only allowed if the air carrier permits and are subject to $75 per person additional name change fee. Total of $125 per change.
