What are the cancellation charges?
The cancellation charges depend on the hotel, time of stay (season time, offseason time), and time of cancellation. To know whats applicable in your case, check the hotels booking policy mentioned on the booking page while making the reservation (in case you missed it, you can always sign in to your IRCTC Account(www.railtourismindia.com). Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the hotel, IRCTC charges a fee of Rs. 250 for every hotel cancellation.
For all refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is charged per sector per passenger. Namaskaarindia.com shall charge Rs.250/- for domestic tickets and Rs.500/- for international tickets per sector per passenger as a cancellation service fee over and above the individual airline cancellation fee. All charges for individual airlines is below on per sector per passenger basis.
