What are the cancellation charges?
The airline cancellation fee is Rs. 500 per sector per ticket. In case of Air India , the cancellation fee is Rs. 300 per sector per ticket. Indiatimes Travel shall charge Rs. 200 per ticket as a cancellation service fee. The cancellation service fee will be also be levied in cases where a customer is entitled to a full refund. Note: For refunds it is mandatory to contact Indiatimes Travel and the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked on www.travel.indiatimes.com The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline.
