TravelHero cancellation penalty is $10 per booking (in addition to any hotel cancel penalty). VacationHero reservations) cancel policy is: Cancellations or changes made 48 hours or more before 1201AM (Eastern Time Zone) on the day of arrival are subject to a $25 penalty. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours prior to 1201AM day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night’s rate including taxes and fees.
