We pay for the factory establishment from our commissions earned as a Thank you for placing your order with us. The home manufacturing plant has a production capacity of 20,000 homes per year and includes all technologies as laid out on the links below as well as a fully automated Concrete Batching & Mixing Plant. We run the factory and share 50% ownership plus 50% of the annual profits with you for the next 25 years!
