What are the busy times and when is the best time to log on?
A. Understand that in this industry there is no predicting what times will be busier than others. I get this question a lot and the only answer I have to it is, All The time”! If you are available on a consistent level your customers will know when to call you and work with your schedule. If you do not have a consistent schedule and you log on and off numerous times a day within a short period of time you will miss calls and not do as many calls as the next PSO that might stay on a consecutive amount of hours. So if you would like to make a steady paycheck and be available for your customers so they will keep you as there favorite operator, I would suggest logging on a consecutive amount of hours for you and your customers benefit!
