What are the build up and break down times of the show?
BUILD-UP CPHI, ICSE, P-MEC & BIOPH Friday 1 October 08.00 hrs – 22.00 hrs Space only Saturday 2 October 08.00 hrs – 22.00 hrs Space only Sunday 3 October 08.00 hrs – 22.00 hrs Space only Monday 4 October 08.00 hrs – 18.00 hrs Space only & Shell schemes BREAKDOWN Thursday 7 October 16.30 hrs – 22.00 hrs Space only Friday 8 October 08.00 hrs – 22.00 Space only *No exhibits may be removed before the exhibition closes on Thursday afternoon (16.00 hrs) nor will any contractors be allowed into the halls until 16.30 hrs when all visitors are clear of the halls. Please note: All exhibitors exhibiting in hall 3 (stand numbers beginning with a 3) have to completely move out and dismantle their stand by 12 midnight on the 7 October (24.00 hrs) For reasons of security, all exhibitors are advised to remove all portable and valuable items on Thursday afternoon when the show closes and not to leave their stand unattended until all items are cleared.
