Multi-supported grants will require budget reconciliation of all activity costs, not just the granted funds from Allergan. If there are remaining funds after the completion of the program, Allergan requires a refund proportional to the amount of funding Allergan provided. If the proportion of the remaining funds due to Allergan is less than $250, a refund will not be required. For example, Allergan provided $10,000 for an educational activity, which was budgeted at $100,000. Grants from other supporters were estimated at $90,000. If the actual program revenues were $100,000, and the actual program cost was $90,000, there would be a positive variance of $10,000.
