The Breaking through Barriers Awards recognizes mission-based state/branch program excellence and showcases those programs as models for other states/branches. Applications are being accepted until February 15, 2011. Three exemplary state/branch programs will be selected as Breaking through Barriers Awards winners. Two additional groups will be named as finalists and honorable mentions.
