What are the boundaries or transition zones of Banff National Park?

There are no tectonic boundaries at Banff National Park; it is entirely located within the North American Plate. Transition zones is not a concept in Earth Sciences, it is a Biological term. I think the transition zones are the Canadian Zone and the Alpine Zone. This could be wrong; I am a Geologist, not a Biologist.
