Most Companies, including us, have to use captive power plants which is twice as expensive as drawing power from a grid line. The government has to ensure that construction projects are completed on time. Indefinite delay increases the cost of projects. What is the impact of imported second-hand construction machines? The import of secondhand products from Korea and China is a major problem for construction equipment manufacturers in India. It is a very serious issue as most of the imported equipment is old and lacks safety standards. Secondly, it is difficult to source spare parts for these machines.
