Applicants requesting access to Library services/resources must present a valid University of Miami Photo Identification Card. This registration allows users to borrow from the Norton Ophthalmology library as well as the Louis Calder Memorial Library on the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine campus. Please download an application and return the completed form to Dennis Bermudez, dbermudez@med.miami.edu.
