What are the booking requirements for a Villa? Do the Villas have any specific restrictions on events?
Restrictions vary greatly depending on the home owner, length of stay and the season. As a rule most Villas require a three night minimum stay plus an additional event fee. Most event fees are equivalent to a one night’s stay and enforced on groups over 25 . Noise restrictions and HOA fees can also be enforced in some communities, but aren’t as universal as the event fee.
