1. Christmas (Catholic on 24 December and Russian Orthodox on 06 January), and New Year – peak period is approximately from 15 December until 20 January; 2. Chinese New Year – end of January – beginning of February, dates differ every year according to the lunar calendar. There might be extra surcharge for accommodation during this period, approximately from 26 January till 16 February – and will be confirmed separately for each hotel. 3. Songrkan Festival – Thai New Year is celebrated in April, dates may differ from year to year, approximately from 10 till 17 of April. As there is a big demand for the specified periods, it is recommended to make a reservation several month in advance – the sooner the better, and upon confirmation of the booking hotel requires a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable in case the booking is cancelled. The exact deposit amount and the payment deadline will be confirmed separately for each booking/hotel.
