What are the booking/cancellation policies for established clients?
Once you are an established client with us you have 48 hours in which to book OR cancel our short visit services. You have one week in which to book OR cancel Overnight or Live-In services. This changes at holiday times. We require one to two weeks for short visits and two weeks for all Overnights and Live-Ins. Also, there are no refunds if you return early from your trip as we can’t replace a lost time slot that quickly.
