Every 5 years, BNTF receives a replenishment of funds from the Caribbean Development Bank. Since its inception, BNTF has completed 5 replenishment cycles and is currently approaching its 6th. Each cycle of BNTF is informed by a Poverty Reduction Action Plan (PRAP). The PRAP informs BNTF priorities in poverty reduction and spending for each 5 year cycle.
