IBM invoices are not issued at one given point each month. The timing and frequency of billing vary based on the Type of billing, and also to some degree based upon choices you have made regarding frequency. For Hardware orders, invoices are issued in two days the latest. For Softwares orders, invoices are issued with following criteria: • On shipment date, if no trial period is foreseen. • On installation date , if a trial period is foreseen. Installation date being defined as the day following the software trial period end date. • On the date when IBM authorizes the Customer to copy the software. • On the date when the Customer makes a copy of a billable feature, as allowed by this Licence, and declares this event to IBM. • On the date of a change in the working capacity of the specified machine or in the authorized use.
