Yes there are caps. Small Commercial/Industrial (not to exceed 25 EHUs), Medium Commercial/Industrial (not to exceed 50 EHUs), Large Commercial/Industrial (not to exceed 100 EHUs), Very Large Commercial/Industrial (not to exceed 200 EHUs), Institutional (not to exceed 10 EHUs).
