What are the billing, cancellation, and reimbursement policies for conferences, seminars and symposia?
Cancellation Policy PsyBC reserves the right to cancel programs in the case of insufficient registration or other unforeseeable circumstances. PsyBC reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove an existing member of a program at its own discretion. Reimbursement Policy for Conference, Seminars, Symposia, Interactive Case Studies and Coursepacks Conferences and Symposia: For cancellations requested two weeks prior to the beginning of a program there is full refund minus a $25 administration charge. (See below for policy regarding archived conferences and symposia.)
