What are the best ways to raise money for a mission trip?
my daughter’s group did a lot of fund raisers at church plus they asked church members to sponsor them –basically make a donation towards their trip and then the sponsors were invited to either a dinner or a dessert party after the trip and the kids shared info about the trip some of the fund raisers they did: sell cinnamon rolls after the worship services (this was one of the best) sold flavored coffee and muffins after worship had a concession stand at the annual church rummage sale and also worked the sale and received a share of the profits based on how many hours they worked made and sold lefse (sold out in one hour) basket silent auction – each trip participant put together at least one basket sold dishclothes sold community discount cards
