What are the best ways to cope with post-holiday blues?
There’s a lot of people moaning here but I will repeat some of what I think is the good advice, and its not only good for beating holiday blues, its good for everyone. Do something you wouldn’t normally do, it doesn’t have to be drastic; getting off the bus a stop earlier, buying yourself flowers (even if you’re a guy), having a walk or coffee after work instead of rushing away – anything will help.
