Leopard Gecko. Simple. A tank heated to around 72 degrees, recommended using a heat lamp. I have had a Leopard Gecko for several years. I use a heat lamp and a heat pad that is supposed to be fixated at the bottom of the cage to provide a heated spot from underneath. I turn the heat lamp off at night, though, as a way to let the lizard know “Hey, it’s time to sleep.” They need a somewhat shallow bowl of water. They should be fed meal worms and crickets. We try to get my lizard a good 20 crickets or so every 2-3 weeks. She eats a lot at once, and fattens up until her next feeding. Plus, the ones that don’t get eaten at once are good for her later snacking. Leopard Geckos are rather simple to care for, since they don’t require high maintenance care. Another thing is that they can live off of the fat in their tails for a long while before they are fed again. I know quite a bit about caring for leopard geckos, but I’m not a good reference for knowledge of pairing. Hence I only have one gec
