What are the best tv settings for gaming as far as contrast and brightness goes?

Follow the procedures below to get the best setting for gaming: 1. Adjust brightness and contrast simultaneously till black colour appears black (not grey) and grey appear as grey (not black). If brightness is more than the correct proportion, black colour will appear grey. too much contrast will cause grey to appear as black. 2. Increase or decrease colour until the tone/colour of people on the TV appears like in real life. After getting a real-life-tone, increase the color a little bit. Setting the color a little more than real life sight reduces tiny light specks and flickers caused by weak signal. 3. Reduce sharpness to zero and increase it slowly till edges of objects in the screen becomes unhazled. During broadcast of or while playing poor quality video, a high sharpness will further deteriorate the video. Sharpness should be reduced when viewing poor quality video. 4. Now, view the TV from 3 mtrs for sometime, If it dazzles the eyes, go back to step one above, reduce brightness
