Since most players have jobs other than poker, the sites become more popular immediately after 5pm and then die off after 11pm. Likewise, Thursday, Friday and Saturday tend to generate more traffic than Sunday and Monday. You can usually begin to feel which days have more fish than others after tracking your play.
