What are the best times for marlin and jigging? How does the moon affect all this?
In Rodrigues, fishing is good from October to June, either for marlin or jigging. Concerning the marlins, the last season showed the moon was favourable for the blue marlins along with those of black descent. However, we can not guarantee that the upcoming years will be the same. For jigging…the moon is not important, it’s the current which produces the results, and this is impossible to forecast.
