Dress is very casual always in Mexico unless of course you go to a really expensive club or restaurant then a nice sundress is ok.The ruins are intresting, a little hot so always take your bottle of water.I love shopping in town and a trip to Cozumel on the ferry is a nice trip if you have time but ride on top of the ferry not in the bottom.Good shopping there and the horse drawn carriages in Cozumel are fun,we went to Cancun on the bus but to me Cancun is to big and nothing more than you will find in either of the 2 towns I mentioned.When I go to Mexico I am not looking for a mall and that is what Cancun offers plus lots of other shopping and restaurants.I happen to enjoy smaller quaint towns and that is why I like Plya or Cozumel. Enjoy!
