What are the best things about studying at UTS?
Australia’s always been a continent I’ve wanted to come to and particularly to Sydney. UTS seemed like the clear choice because it offers journalism and it’s in Sydney, in a very central location right in the centre of the CBD. It was my first choice really. My experience at UTS will help me relate to more people on a cultural level. I’ll have been exposed to a lot of different cultural experiences that otherwise I wouldn’t have access to. What’s been the most interesting place you’ve visited? So far, the blue mountains. I went up there and hiked, it was really nice. Tropfest, a huge film festival in the middle of the city, was really cool as well. What have you found to be the biggest difference between here and your home? There are a lot of small differences. The lingo for instance is very, very different.
