What are the best schools for anthroplogy/archaeology?
I’m interested in going to a school that is known for it’s anthropology/archaeology program and preferably in the midwest, but I would like to know which schools are the best and most well known for my intrest. So far, I’m look at Beloit, Grinnell, University of Iowa (I’m from iowa so schools close to home automatically make it on my list), I’m not sure of how Oberlin or Carleton are with anthropology majors but I’d like to hear if you do! I know Arizona state is big for archaeology, but it’s rather far for me…
