The best romance animes I have seen (in my opinion) are (in no particular order): Ouran High School Host Club Bokura ga Ita Fushigi Yuugi Special A Pretear La Corda D’oro Aishiteru ze Baby Onegai Twins Onegai Teacher Lovely Complex Fruits Basket Sora o Miageru Shoujo no Hitomi ni Utsuru Sekai Hanasakeru Seishounen Vampire Knight Vampire Knight Guilty Hakushaku To Yousei Escaflowne Zero No Tsukaima Saiunkoku Monogatari Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time The Wallflower Kyoshiro to towa no Sora Inuyasha I think there’s more but here’s just some that I enjoyed that has romance in them.
