What are the best paying jobs for a 16 year old with no working experience?
I am getting the feeling you dont want to work fast food. I understand the only fast food I have ever worked at was subway and I was there a month. You are going to be paid min wage no matter what you do.. At 16 you could get a job waiting tables which depending on where you work your tips are not all yours…. Some resteraunts make you share tips. In that case they have to pay min wage on top of tips. If you are not good with people then I wouldnt wait tables. I worked at the movie theatre when I was 16 not a bad job but again Min wage. If you are good with children some daycares hire closers to work after school and then you dont have to work weekend they usually pay $6-$8 an hour. Walmart is good and bad… thier going to pay min wage but the only real plus is you get a 10% discount on most items. I think food is the only thing you dont get a discount on.
well depending on were you live if you live in texas…H.E.B is best pay right now for starting pay i got 6.35 when i first started then u get a raise every 6 months and im when i got moved up i got about a buck and a half more then what i did have so well if ur some were else try walmart walmart is well known or you can try any other branches of stores around your area hope this helps…..
