Although you are lacking a lot of options when feeding off one game card, I would say Mario Cart DS has the best Online with your situation. It supports 4-8 (I think up to 8 but I know 4 for a fact) but of course the maps are limited and you are allowed only to be one character if you don’t have the game. I’m not sure how many driving maps there are though. Check my source for other Top Online Games for Nintendo DS (I dont’ know the source well, just googled it right now.
