What are the best nightlife spots in the city of Rome?

I was in Rome in January and we went to a great club called La Maison, it was great, it was a Thursday night and I have been told that is a good night to go. We were lucky though a met some people that knew the owner and we got to go straight in and not wait in line or pay to get in. The line was pretty long by the looks of it.
