Westlake Village is a lovely place indeed. The main drawbacks to Ventura County I can think of are the temperature (it gets pretty hot) and the distance to Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, if that’s where your work takes you. All that driving can really take its toll. That being said, if you work in Ventura County and like the heat, Jaira’s recommendations are excellent.
